I obviously need to know the title of the book you want and the quantity, but I also need your daytime physical address and your cell phone number. This is for the company I have contracted to deliver all my books, The Courier Guy. It is an overnight express service and the books are properly packaged in a purpose-made cardboard box.

If you want a specially personalised copy please let me know the name of the person you are personlising the book for and any details, such as a birthday etc.

If you want a signed pencil sketch done on the opening page of the book please indicate this in your order. There is an added charge of R200 for these sketches. A typical opening page sketch I have added to a copy of the book is shown here.

Courier fees to overseas countries depend entirely on the country and the address within it, but I request a quote from the courier company and forward it to the buyer for confirmation.
